Custom Manufacturing

Our manufacturing capabilities are available to the aviation community and to anyone involved in product development and production. For aircraft products we operate under an FAA-Approved Quality Control System (FAA PMA). We offer aerospace quality sheet-metal fabrication and TIG welding, precision tube bending, and CNC Abrasive Jet Machining.

With our state-of-the-art OMAX CNC water/abrasive jet cutting system, we can rapidly produce prototype and production parts from virtually any material. We can hold 0.005 inches tolerances on all edges, with no heat-affected zone, residual stresses, or burrs. Our system can accept materials up to 5 ft x 10 ft x 2 inches thick. Dimensions can be imported from virtually any CAD system or dimensioned drawing.
